Royal Decree-Law of 17 November 1938, signed by King Victor Emmanuel III, Mussolini, Minister of Foreign Affairs Galeazzo Ciano, Minister of Justice Arrigo Solmi, Finance Minister Paolo Ignazio Maria Thaon di Revel, and Minister of Guilds Ferruccio Lantini.
It is a fundamental text that serves as the basis for the subsequent bans. For this reason, it is often mistaken for the whole body of anti-Jewish laws and provisions.
